Soni Studios is a fictitious name (DBA) duly registered in the State of Florida. These policies outline payment procedures, fulfillment timelines, refunds, cancellations, disputes, and service restrictions.

1. Payment Terms

All payments are processed in USD through our secure payment system. We accept major credit and debit cards, and wire transfers where agreed in writing. For larger projects, deposits, milestone payments, or full prepayment may be required as stated on your quote, contract, or invoice.

Payment and confirmation details are provided when your booking request is reviewed.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Recording Studio and Music Production Services

Minimum booking is 4 hours per session unless otherwise stated on your invoice.
Once a session is confirmed and full payment is authorized within the confirmation window, cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
No refunds for completed recording, engineering, mixing, mastering, or production sessions.
If production work has begun, payments are non-refundable; deliverables are provided for work completed through the paid portion.
No-shows forfeit the full session fee because reserved time, equipment, and personnel were held exclusively for the client.

2.2 Physical Goods

We do not sell physical goods through this website; physical returns do not apply.

Refund requests: contact business@soni-studios.com with order details and reason. Requests are reviewed case-by-case where permitted by your written agreement or applicable law.

3. Dispute Policy

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact business@soni-studios.com or (786) 233-9074 before initiating a chargeback. Include invoice number, payment date, amount, and reason. We acknowledge billing disputes within 2 business days and work in good faith to resolve them promptly.

4. Delivery Policy

4.1 Studio Bookings and Recording Sessions

Sessions are scheduled after quote approval, invoice confirmation, and required payment authorization. Services are delivered during the booked session window at 13700 NW 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33168.

4.2 Mixing, Mastering, and Production Deliverables

Deliverable timelines depend on project scope and are communicated on your quote, invoice, or written agreement. Larger projects follow milestone schedules agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Studio Bookings

Cancellations or reschedules within twenty-four (24) hours of a confirmed session are non-refundable. No-shows may forfeit the full booking fee.

5.2 Production Projects

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. If work has begun, you remain responsible for payment for work performed through the cancellation date and non-refundable third-party costs incurred on your behalf.

6. Authorization and Invoices

Confirmed sessions may require signed invoice acceptance and card authorization documentation, including acknowledgment of services, amounts, automatic payment authorization where applicable, cancellation terms, and dispute resolution procedures. Records may include signatures, initials, IP address, timestamp, and contact information maintained by SONISTUDIOS.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless specified in your contract or invoice, ownership and usage rights for masters, stems, and deliverables are governed by your booking agreement or separate written agreement.

8. Service Limitations

Studio services are limited to hours, rooms, equipment, personnel, and scope on your booking or invoice.
Live full-band recording requires Studio Room A.
Equipment fees apply per room as itemized on your invoice.

9. Changes to Policies

We may modify these policies at any time by posting updates on this page with a revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
